GunZ: K-Style

This is a list of the K-style moves that I personally know, there are more, I just don't know all of them.

Hope this helps somebody.

Wall Cancel
To Wall-Cancel, stand facing a wall. Run at the wall, jump, jump off the wall, slash, dash at

the wall, jump off the wall, slash, dash at the wall, jump off the wall, repeat. This is a necessity to

learning K-style, you must get this completely perfected, it'll take some time at first but it gets easy

fast, don't worry.

The Butterfly
The most commonly used K-style move, the Butterfly is an essential to K-styling.

Instructions: Jump, dash, slash, and block right after the slash.

Slash Shot
This move is used to shoot in mid-butterfly, when you get good at it you may find it very effective.

Instructions:  Jump, dash, slash[HOLD], change to Gun, Gun will fire, switch back to sword and

continue fighting or Slash-Shot again.

Flash Step
This move lets you slash twice in one jump. This move is very useful.

Instructions:  Jump, slash, change to Gun, change to Sword, slash

This move is used in many different ways, to move around less-predictably by adding a dash or

two into it, or to wall climb allot faster by jumping, dashing to a wall, slashing, changing to Gun,

changing back to Sword, slash, repeat. To use this to wall climb you need to use your keys

to change weapons otherwise it's not as fast.

[Note: The use of it to wall climb is often called Advanced Wall Cancel.]

Light Step
This is a pretty useless move, all it does it let you dash twice in midair, but it helps you to learn

Half step.

Instructions:  Jump, dash, slash, and dash.

Half Step
Once you get this move perfected, you most likely wont use the Slash-Shot anymore. But it can be tricky.

Instructions:  Jump, dash, slash[HOLD], change to Gun, dash[Right after change!], Gun will fire.

Half-Half Step
This addition to the Half-Step works better for some people, but is slightly harder in my opinion.

Instructions: Jump, dash, slash[HOLD], change to Gun, dash[Right after change!], jump,

dash, Gun will fire.

Insta Kill
"Instant-Kill" Is a move that uses the alternative swing of the sword to your advantage.

What you do is uppercut the enemy into the air, then aim at the area where they will be when

they reach the top of the uppercut, and fire. You can also use this move with the sword:

Double-Butterfly near the landing point, Uppercut again, and repeat.

Multiple Wall Run
This is a harder move, due to the necessity of perfect angle for a wall-run.

You can't approach from the wrong angle, you must approach at a almost 90 degree angle to the wall.

So when doing this move, keep this angle while you try to run.

Instructions: Start a Wall run. When you're nearing the end of the wall run, jump

off, slash, turn 180 degrees, dash back to the wall, and double-tap the space bar(jump). This is

a hard move to get good at. You can turn this into a continuous wall-run by not doing a 180

degree turn. Just jump off the wall, side-dash to the wall, slash, and while you have the correct

running angle double-tap space, this will take allot of practice.

Air Reload

There is a glitch that allows you to dash extremely fast after falling for a long time, so on

maps like Stairway many people use this, get up fairly high then jump off wherever you are

standing to where you fall for 5-10 seconds, then start dashing and you should float,

you can also do this with a Gun and hence, Air-Reload, you can reload AND fire while in

this suspended animation state, but don't jump or it will take you out of that state.

[Note: You still fall while in 'suspended animation', just slower.]

Spin Massive
An unblockable massive strike. Simply turn around fully so that your back is towards your opponent

when you reach a blocker with a massive strike, remember you must still be within range. They will

get hit by the massive, but they will still be blocking, so you must aim at their feet.

K-Styling Equipment

Shotgun & Shotgun : This is the most common weapon set used, and probably the

easiest to use. Shotguns do variable damages at different distance from the target.

The Idea is that the pellets in a shotgun spread out after being fired, each pellet does a

specified amount of damage(shown in your equipment/inventory), the closer you are

to your target, the more pellets hit, so while using these weapons stay near your

enemy.

Shotgun & Revolver : A fairly good combination, because it allows you to use your revolver

at long range and your shotgun at close range, revolvers can do considerable damage if you

can aim well with them.

Shotgun &  Rocket : I personally despise using rockets while k-styling, but honestly that's

mostly because I have trouble with timing my shots so that I don't hurt myself, be sure

not to shoot a rocket until a second after you SS. Rocket's also will not work very well at

long ranges, due to the targets ability to dodge them.

Revolver & Revolver : Allot harder to use, and at closer ranges you will lose the ability to

do sprayed damage, but if you hit with both guns you can do up to 100 damage in one

shot.  Also, revolvers are fairly accurate if you are accurate with them, but lag may become

a serious problem, remember to aim ahead of the target, more for however high his/her ping is.

Revolver & Rocket : Basically the same as the above stated choice, except that a Revolver

is better for long-range while a Shotgun is another close-range weapon, so if you can be accurate

with the revolver this choice is probably better.

Rocket & Rocket : A very hard combination to use while k-styling, but if used correctly can

be very deadly. You must stay close to your target, so any Rifle & Revolver people will probably

just run the whole time and you will have trouble winning that match.
